The server recognizes files compressed with gzip and bzip2.

4. Provide protein sequence (optional)

Sequence

Please provide one letter code amino acid sequence.
Fitmunk will try to assign provided sequence to the main chain from PDB file based on the fit to the electron density.
If the sequence is not provided Fitmunk will try to assign it based on the shape of the electron density corresponding to side chains.
